About Project
This project started a 10 acre parcel of land and a single structure. We removed the structure which required asbestos removal. Then prepared the site for the installation of a new school using modular buildings.The work required clearing and grubbing the site, excavation and material import to final grade. All areas for paving including new parking lots, new roads were prepped to blue-top per specifications. Working with all agencies to meet requirements, we installed new sewer,water and irrigation lines. New Power and internet cable were brought to the site and extended to each modular building. All landscapping including bushes,trees and turf were installed per clients requirements.
